Woodlawn  provides management services to Maple Manor. The services that we provide included providing on-site staff (Site Manager and Maintenance), fiscal oversight, and management services.

The contractual agreement Woodlawn has shared with Maple Manor has served the Board and residents well. In addition to providing the above-referenced services, the public and volunteer transportation services for the region has regular bus stops at Maple Manor. 

Staff meets with Maple Manor’s Board of Directors on a monthly basis and provides additional reports as needed. The staff are responsible for the day-to-day operations of Maple Manor, establishing and monitoring the Agency’s budget, and acting as a liaison to fundors and contracting agencies and individuals.
